go to Preferences/Advanced and click on "Use generic user interface for Audio Units". Then you have your sliders and the numerical input back.

Dragging the start/end points of the envelope/fade region out of the window does not work for me, but SHIFT-DELETE on the marked region (the two fade points) works. I'm using Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63) with Amadeus Pro 2.0.8 (1484). Any hints? Best regards, Karl P.S.: Really cool software. Perhaps...
