I'm having issues using my presonus revelator dynamic microphone. While recording into my recording software (Amadeus pro 2.8.13) sound cuts out, recordings are distorted, no sound from the mics headphone output or no sound is recorded even if the indicator on the software says otherwise. Any advice...

The VU meter shows up when recording but not when playing back.

Is there a setting I need to change?

I can hear the echo in preview, but when I hit ok and listen to the track there's no echo. Now it's working, not sure why.

I'm sure i'm doing something stupid, but I can only listen to one multi-track at a time rather than hearing the sound on more than one simultaneously.

Amadeus pro plays my tracks from iTunes, I want to use the Macs microphone to add spoken intros to songs I'm playing through Amadeus and record it all as I go.

Is it possible to record both internal mic and music playing through iTunes? As
I'd like to make my own radio shows introducing songs that I'm playing through iTunes.
