Re: Multi-Disc LP Sets to iTunes?

I don't use Split to Markers. Rather, I save each track individually, then drag the tracks into iTunes. Once they're in iTunes, it's easy to specify 1 of 2 or 2 of 2.

Re: Change Pitch and Speed... not working

Should we download the zip file, or wait for a new version (above 2.8.8 ) to be posted?

Consider making a video editor?

Martin, would you consider creating a video editing program for Mac? I need to edit an .mp4 video clip, and I'd love to have software with Amadeus's ease of use and intuitive design. Please consider; thanks.

Change Pitch and Speed... not working

I've recently upgraded to Ventura; using Amadeus Pro v.2.8.8. Tonight, I tried using Effects>Change Pitch and Speed…, and the contents of the entire track disappeared. It reappeared when I used Undo. This happened after multiple tries, and I was not able to actually apply Change Pitch and Speed.

Re: Question about fadings

I'd like to request an addition to the Effects>Fading menu, that would accomplish what I'd like: fading out song #1 and, over the last X seconds of song #1, beginning song #2. I do not want to fade in song #2 - I want it to begin at full volume. The end result is what many DJs do: begin a song over ...

Re: Speed issues with audio cassette tapes

FYI, after some trial and error, and comparing a performance I had to the same one I found on a website, I believe the speed corrections should be:
Pitch: 0.67
Speed: 104.7%

Speed issues with audio cassette tapes

Back in the '70's, I recorded a number of concerts using a $40 Norelco audio cassette recorder and a microphone. Invariably, they played back a little slower than the actual performance, but consistently so (my theory is these machines were primarily designed for dictation, where a little slower pla...

Re: Merging Numerous Tracks & Keeping Same Volume Settings in Amadeus Pro

I don't see an entry for "Bounce Document" in the Amadeus Pro manual. How can I learn about what this function does?

Thanks for the reply, Chuck. I'm not sure what "flatten" means - I don't see that command listed in the manual. I'd be curious to know more. I think I have a workaround: Fade song one, then crossfade to the left for only a second. That will pretty much result in song two beginning at full ...
