Interestingly, I was able to burn my disc using Toast 17 Titanium. I saved the file I created in Amadeus in .aiff format. I then opened Toast and used that to burn the disc. The problem is that it burned it as one long file, rather than as 18 separate tracks; in other words, it couldn't read Amadeus...

OK, but I'd still need a different program, such as Toast, to create an audio CD of all the tracks, correct?

I've just figured it out on my own. The steps:
1) Open the tracks in Amadeus and normalize.
2) Save each one to a folder on the desktop.
3) Drag the tracks into Toast Titanium.
4) Rip the CD using Toast.
