We upgraded to a 2019 iMac and now Amadeus Pro suddenly stops recording after an arbitrary time (10-15 minutes). It still "records" but the audio in is flatline and the meters are dead. However, the System Preferences > Sound shows input activity.
We are running Mojave. Because Apple stupidly removed the audio in port, we are using a USB-A to audio in adapter.
Any idea on how to keep recording the audio stream?

I am experiencing a similar problem. Recording gets terminated with a stream was interrupted error message.
I expect this is likely to be a hardware problem. I am a long time user of Amadeus as evidenced by the
fact I am using Amadeus II which has worked well for me for a long time which is why I am more suspicious
that this problem is hardware related.
I am running an old iMac OS 10.6.8 which is about as new as will still work to interface iTunes
with my iPod classic (yeah I'm old school).
Before I decide to replace Amadeus I want to at least attempt to trouble shoot this new issue.
