Amadeus Pro Using 272 GB of HD space?
I've been getting errors for the last month or so about not having enough hard drive space. I've been doing little clean ups here and there, but I finally started digging into maybe apps I wasn't using, etc.
Today in my applications list in Finder on Mac, it shows that Amadeus Pro is taking up 272.09 GB. Not MB, GB!
Do I have a cache of files somewhere that I should empty? That's nearly half of my iMac hard drive space. I do not have 272 GB of audio files on my computer, I move things to "cold storage" on Dropbox that is not synced to this computer every month.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

As you have surmised that is not normal!
And I have never experienced it.
Unfortunately where your screenshot should be in your post I just see a message saying; “You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.”?
Could you make a public link on Dropbox for the screenshots and share that link?
AP dose use Temp files while editing and you can, if desired, specify where that should be. The default is your primary Hard Drive, though the dialogue dose not state where exactly on the HD they are?
As I understand it when AP closes any disk space used for temp files should be given back to the system.
Can you navigate to where Finder is saying this 272GB is located?
If so what do you see there?
Also which version of AP are you using and on which macOS version?

Wow, it should take about 25MB, so we're off by a factor 10'000! What do you see if you click on Amadeus Pro, then click on "Show in Finder" to select it in the Finder and then hit commend-I to get the Finder information window for the app? If it also shows some absurd size there, then you should probably just delete it and reinstall it.
Before that though, it may be worth control-clicking on the app, select "Show Package Contents" and then poke around in it a bit to make sure it doesn't contain some stuff you care about: on the Mac, an app is really just a folder with a special flag set to make it behave like a file, so it may be that for some bizarre reason you ended up with some of your stuff moved in there.

Re: Amadeus Pro Using 272 GB of HD space?
Thanks both for your replies.
I checked the Command-I finder info after doing a restart, and it's only showing 35.4 MB, and when I went back to the applications list in storage, AmadeusPro is now showing use of only 23.4 MB.
Looks like a good ol' fashioned restart solved it and the program has not eaten more than half of my storage space.
Appreciate the replies!
