Quicktime 320kbps AAC

Hi. I've been using Amadeus to edit and update sounds in videos.

Usually the video files are downloaded at 128 kbps, but now they are only 48 kbps.
And when I try to override and save it, the 320 option is missing and max is set up 128 kbps with MPEG-4 AAC.

Is there a way to fix this without losing sound quality?
