Change Pitch/Speed failure

Hi, I am having a problem with the Change Pitch & Speed function. An attempt to use it did change the pitch/speed as indicated, but it also deleted a large portion of my file. I was able to revert and so didn't lose anything, but I'm not able to repitch the file at this time without data loss.

I have some vague impression of a bug like that some time ago which was fixed. Are you using the latest version (2.8.13)?
